Karen Canfield is a wife, mother of two amazing sons, a humanitarian entrepreneur, and a life coach who is best known for her ability to connect with others and their real-life situations. 

Through chronic illness, childlessness, losing her job, and decades of depression, the practice of active gratitude helped her be resilient and come out on top!
